Personal Experience
As the Marketing Director at Business Exit Advisors (BEA), I work as part of the management team guiding brand development, marketing strategy, and communication initiatives that support our continued growth and enhance client experience. I originally joined BEA as one of the company’s first employees, serving as Operations Manager and helping establish the foundation of a scalable, high-performing brokerage. As BEA rapidly expanded, I played an integral role in shaping our brand identity, supporting broker success, and strengthening our presence in the marketplace. In recognition of my experience and contributions, I was promoted to Marketing Director in June 2025.
In my current role, I focus on increasing consumer awareness, elevating BEA’s brand positioning, and developing marketing and communication solutions that support both clients and internal teams. I also collaborated with leadership to implement a company-wide automation system within our CRM—streamlining workflow, improving efficiency, and enhancing our marketing performance. BEA has grown from a modest startup into a dynamic, fast-growing brokerage with multiple dedicated brokers, and I am proud to be part of the management team driving this momentum.
Prior to joining BEA, I built a diverse background in marketing, communications, event coordination, and hospitality operations. My experience includes developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand strategies, coordinating large-scale corporate and experiential events, and overseeing on-site event operations from concept through execution. This broad foundation equipped me with strong project management, creative strategy, and client-focused skills that I bring to my role at BEA today.
