John is a licensed Realtor and Business Broker with over five years of experience in real estate and business sales, specializing in lower middle market transactions from $1M to $6M, with select deals exceeding $20M. Based in South Florida, he serves the Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Jupiter markets.
With a background in residential/commercial real estate and corporate business development, John brings a strategic and hands-on approach to brokerage. He has successfully represented a range of businesses, including auto body shops, liquor stores, assisted living facilities, and other service-based companies.
John holds a Florida real estate license and is affiliated with Business Exit Advisors, LLC. He studied Financial Economics at Florida Atlantic University and is currently completing Pre-Law studies.
Known for his consultative style, John supports clients through every stage of the sale process — from valuation and CIM creation to negotiations and closing — always prioritizing confidentiality, clarity, and long-term value. His ability to blend street-level deal sourcing with high-level strategy sets him apart in the industry.
Outside of work, John enjoys strength training, scuba diving, and international travel. He remains active in the South Florida business community, regularly connecting with owners, investors, and advisors.
