12. We pay our Field Staff “PIECE RATE” and hourly for odd jobs.

Horizontal AC installs Pay $570. Vertical AC Installs pay $460

There are add ons for extras, like slabs, copper, duct work, new plenums etc..

For Service Techs they are paid “Piece Rate” with hourly for odd jobs or warranty jobs.

Examples: Service Call $25, Capacitor $50, Contactors $60, Drainline Flush $25, Fan Motors $100, Evap Coil Change Outs $100-200, Compressors:$225

13. MAJOR BUSINESS SUPPLIERS: Baker/Fl Cooling for our SIBI Grandaire units, Goodman/Daikin and Johnstone Supply for AC units also and for our normal materials we stay with Goodman for service parts and duct materials and etc (They have really great prices) For other AC brands: Gemaire, York, Trane, RE Michels. However we are set up with many more.

14. Creditors: We have Credit Accounts with the above. But we keep them practically paid off each month.

15. We have 10 employees (Counting Patrick and Diane Craig, owners)

OFFICE STAFF (3) :

**Mariah Love, Office Manager $26 per hour. 46 hours per week. (5 Years with AAS)

-She can run the entire company, literally. She knows model numbers, matches, breaker sizes, permitting, she does our ROUGH payroll books for each employee and then that gets forwarded up to the Accountant to do the Official Cutting of the checks and taking out appropriate taxes. She does AC sales, she prices clients, ordered parts, handles fires, does the Warranty paperwork to make sure we get our money back for parts we change out under Parts Warranty. She handles scheduling jobs. Making sure the routes for each tech makes sense and sooo much more!!!

**Office Assistant- $18 per hour

-Answers phones, dispatches calls, makes tickets, file folders for techs. Warm Calls prior clients we have Quoted for new AC units. Calls to get folks booked for Tune Ups. 10-8s the techs after each call and updates that clients ticket in our computer system with our diagnosis and repairs completed while tech still onsite. Calls once a week any outstanding clients to collect unpaid balances.

**Diane Craig, Operations Manager (Owners Wife) $500 per week (16 Years)

-Everything that anyone else above does. Sales, Quotes, Schedule Service Calls, Handle Fires and if slow, she will even do warm calls in the winter mos.

Field Staff (5):

Alfred Morales, Lead Service Tech (Been with us 7 years) Piece Rate and $27 per hour for odd jobs.

-Can fix and track down problems no one else can.

Josh Philpott, Service Teach (Been with us 5 years) Piece Rate and $25 per hour for odd jobs.
